Acura Dealerships Part 1

Acura is the first Japanese luxury brand of vehicles to be produced. Honda Motors is Acura's parent company. During the 1980's, Honda opened 60 dealerships to effectively support its Acura luxury vehicle division. The Legend and the Integra are the initial offerings of Acura vehicles. These models were successful enough to breed two competitive luxury models from Toyota and Nissan.

In 1991, Acura produced the first Japanese car capable of competing with Ferrari and Porsche. The New Sports eXperimental, also known as the NSX was introduced. In the mid and late 1990's, Acura sales began to suffer. Even the NSX lost sales during this time, while Acura changed its original trim. Acura did gain a following amongst younger buyers in spite of the let downs during this time. The cars were popular among tuner enthusiasts.

Presently, Acura is on a roll with its quality luxury vehicles. It recently introduced a new luxury sports 4-door prototype, dubbed the ZDX. It was displayed at the New York International Auto Show featuring 2010 models. The ZDX is said to be a new level of prestige for Acura. The first to be designed at Acura's South California design studio, it sports Acura's first 6 speed automatic transmission, very advanced ventilated seats, and many other luxurious appointment. The future looks bright for Acura dealerships across the nation.

Acura dealerships sell a long lasting, efficient, and durable line of cars. With their competitive pricing, front wheel drive setup, and many amazing safety features, Acura is one of the top selling lines in the world, and the number of dealerships is growing quickly. From the Acura Legend to the Acura NSX, their cars are dependable, fuel efficient, and are built solid. The dealerships are located nationwide, and it is generally easy to locate one near your home. The dealerships have a wide selection of cars of their make, as well as pre-owned vehicles from other makers. Being the same company as Honda, they usually also have a wide selection of Honda models available. Their staff are courteous, hard workers who are also well trained to help provide you with some of the most efficient options in purchasing both new and pre-owned vehicles. They are also able, willing, and happy to provide you with information on any of the vehicles you are interested in, including prices, models, fuel mileage, safety features, and any other questions you may have. They carry information on their dealerships such as brochures, and usually have a website even for each individual location to show inventory or vehicles available for purchase or lease. The dealerships, mostly corporate owned and operated, are kept clean and up to date.
